The CBIR is managed by the Neuroimaging Research Program (NRP) of the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center.
Faculty at the NRP takes on the primary responsibility of formulating policies relating to operation, safety,
compliance, and scientific directions for the Imaging Center. Additionally, faculty members take on varying roles to maintain daily operation and to foster scientific development
at the CBIR. Faculty members also assist scanner users from different institutions in implementing imaging techniques
in different areas that they specialize in.
The day-to-day administrative team of the CBIR consists of an Imaging Center Manager, a Director and a Physicist/Deputy Director,
MR Safety Officers, a Proposal Review Committee, and a Steering Committee. The core managing staff is as follows:
